This app allows to display vehicle information of forza Horizon 4 by UDP communication wITh Xbox One / Pc.


When this app detects forza Horizon 4 (Xbox One / Pc) on the same wireless LAN,IT starts UDP communication and receives telemetry data from forza Horizon 4.
