《反恐特警》是一款現代反恐題材的第一人稱射擊(fPs)遊戲。在遊戲中，你將扮演一名訓練有素的反恐特警，與遍布全球的恐怖主義勢力進行對抗，深入敵後，拯救人質，阻止爆破，清剿恐怖分子的各個據點。運用你嫻熟的槍法，將恐怖主義勢力一舉殲滅，你就是捍衛正義的英雄！

2020年，恐怖主義勢力在全球蔓延和擴張，神秘恐怖集團(代號s)在全球各大城市連續策劃發起了一系列的爆破行動和恐怖襲擊。聯合國安理會召開緊急會議，聯合各國政府，成立了全球反恐特警聯合部隊。你在遊戲中將扮演一名特警隊員，在聯合部隊的統一安排下，潛入恐怖分子的各個據點，展開一系列的反恐行動：拯救人質，阻止爆破，清剿據點等。作戰現場危機四伏，你是否能躲過恐怖分子的子彈，圓滿完成各項艱鉅的任務，撐到最後，你，就是反恐精英！
